Reserving a Spot
This spot is reserved just in case AOL leaves me no other option than to leave my up until now, happy home in the J-Land community. For now I've chosen to move to AOL International Journals, there are still no banner ads found there. Dancing in the Rain International.
I will continue to post there until the International software is updated to include the ads. Most of my friends have migrated to this Blog Spot as a message to AOL that we will not tolerate the ads. I haven't even had time to consider it until today.
I know everyone seems to settling in to their new homes nicely but I guess I'll leave kicking and screaming when I do go. For now I'm just grasping at every straw in hopes of remaining a part of the J-Land community that I've grown to love so much.
My Pal Alb left this comment for me this week - Coy: I know it's an upsetting adjustment for many of us-- but I truly believe we can "stay together" by making a commitment to visiting each other wherever we decide to blog/journal. I know I've read some journals off of AOL on a regular basis, but in the past I have been too lazy to open an account and figure out how to comment on them. It really can be done-- I see that now!
So ... the Day AOL leaves me no other choice, you'll find me here with the rest of my friends.
